I was instantly able to do pull movements with more weight and less strain on my forearms. My back actually gives out before my arms now allowing me to reach more potential with pull movements. Highly recommend these to anyone at any stage
Way better than old school cotton grips. Really strong. Get in right place first then grab the bar. Also use for pressing. Thickens up the bar so doesn't dig into your hand. Only negative for me is the buckle placement. Hits right on the wrist bone. Under real weight in pulling motion can dig into the bone. Otherwise a really good product
